It’s the same guy. I watched his “press conference” the other day and although he has had plastic surgery and speaks like an old man now he’s the same evil. You can see it in him. Underneath this different looking face is the same guy who doesn’t want Hunter growing up in a jungle. Look at his weird squishy eyes, that’s a unique shape. I mean mentally he’s in a different world. He keeps referring to himself as a senator because he doesn’t know what decade he is in, but I think he’s the same.
