Bit of a weird thing to blame emergency brakes. If using these brakes guarantees that the train behind you will run up your ass and kill lots of people, then that says the entire train network is fucked and trains are spaced too close to each other, are too fast, or have no comms between them.

Whats the point of something that is deadly to activate & that everyone on the train has access to activate?
