Watch the few Minutes of that press conference where somebody asked him about his predecessor it seem like Biden had a few minutes of clarity he kept saying my predecessor and laughing , like what an absurd statement ..then he said I miss that guy at first I was pissed like he was laughing at trump but the more I think about it ..it looked like he was laughing like if you only knew ! Than he said god I miss that guy .. he was clear minded for a sec ..than he went back to bumbling idiot ..did any one else notice that? It seemed like he was laughing at the press statement not at our President ..that was powerful!
Between the falling on stairs and some of those ‘blurbs’ in the presser- I’m convinced it’s an actor of some sort. Especially that part when he said he missed trump! And then those couple seconds where he seemed to yell- like the teleprompter had the words in all caps!

He was probably referring to [Hussein]. One thing the Dems have always stood firm on was delgitimizing POTUS45's Presidency and acting like he was a usurper of power. [They] never regarded Trump as a legitimate POTUS.
