Has anyone else heard anything about this? I previously heard there was something moved from the 21st due to some issues and things would move forward today if all systems were a go.

Plans change depending on what's on the battlefield, things change frequently. I looked up SpaceX's launches and the booster failure reported as Simon's satellite videos failed back on launch day in Feb. I believe this was a satellite taken out. With all the care Simon takes not overstating or giving out information he is not authorized to say he is a lifeline in a information void.
