The map is just a meme. My guess it’s not entirely 100% accurate but the 16.7% number is accurate.

Yeah, it would be nice to see the actual map. Tried looking for 2020 results by county, though, and I'm not seeing it. All the maps are distorted in some way, entire states colored in, circles representing totals instead of just the counties marked, but I guess it's not surprising given what happened there. Might be possible to piece it together from state-level maps.
