It looks like this was the original video from a few years ago. He was on top of a Cemex plant. (I think that’s the spelling). Cops were trying to F with all of them. Then the mayor and local media got involved. He’s still working to expose this stuff. With or without the controversy, he’s still shining a light on a lot of stuff at the border.
