Posted on an official Russian Twitter account - what's interesting about this is that the stuck ship was also connected to the Dutch - headed to Rotterdam. Russians trying to tell us something about this current event?

OTD in 1658 Dutch merchant ship #Amersfoort brought the first 174 slaves to Table Bay. This marked the beginning of nearly 200 years of slave trade at the Cape – dark years for the peoples of Africa, India & Southeast Asia #NeverForget
