If you served you would know about Good Conduct Ribbons.
And you lied about not hanging your whole argument on the person in the picture "obviously "not having been promoted on merit because they didn't seem to be displaying a Good Conduct Ribbon.
It was the sole reason you gave.
And this is besides the fact that the person pictured isn't one of the four being talked about.
She is simply the one talking about them. So your whole point about the missing GCMs is moot.
