Having clean running water, flushable toilets, and regular garbage collection did more to stave off disease than a thousand vaccines ever could have. The lack of these things in 3rd world countries is why they are still riddled with disease.
I'm confused, didn't Bill Gates push for vaccines in India for 17 years which was found to have done more good than harm? India is a pretty dirty place... They don't trust toilets in the home and prefer to go outside in public.
