The first step in this battle is to recognize when we have fallen victim to the media's propaganda apparatus. There is no shame in admitting this. The media are very good at creating fictitious narratives to upload to their fictitious simulated reality.
Anything you see on a screen, be it a phone, a computer, a tablet, a television; it is all fiction. None of what the media shows you can be trusted as an accurate reflection of reality.
Unless you can personally attest to witnessing Asians getting shot at, mugged, beaten, and robbed with your own two eyes on a daily basis in a disproportionate amount when compared to other ethnicities, then you have no actual knowledge on the subject, as it has all been provided to you via the media apparatus.
