I think you guys are missing a critical point here. This study is going to be used to push the idea that three year olds should get hormone therapy because "there are no known long term effects". Just like there are no known long term effects to vaccines.

The tobacco companies used to swear that there were no long term effects from smoking and so marketed to young people. We all know how that turned out.
