Yep. It's a specialist. And this isn't a big city. There's not much point in the visits though. I get labs one week, then see the doctor the next week. He says the numbers are good, and I get scheduled for another appointment. He gets money, and the insurance company gets money. He doesn't even write me any prescriptions.
