I occasionally ask people wearing masks outside, who are by themselves, why they are wearing a mask. Today I asked some guy and he said, "Because I forgot to take it off", which indicates to me, that some know how stupid it is, and are not willing to defend continuing to be sheep, and would rather use a stupid excuse for wearing it outside when there is no threat to them or others.

Not wearing a mask works to influence people, just like wearing one does too. When I go out in public I take note of how many are/are not capitulating to the masks.
I've noticed that in my area it's very localized. Certain areas have lots of mask sheep, move a mile or so, almost nobody is wearing them. Certain neighborhoods are either mask, or no mask areas. It's pretty interesting to observe.
I've watched certain areas that were low-mask wearer zones grow into nearly nobody wearing the shit. Meanwhile, I've seen high-mask wearing zones begin to crack, and have many more visible faces than several months ago. The spell is almost broken from what I can see in the areas I travel.
I notice the same trends too, and am now noticing fewer people wearing them outside (I have been amazed at how so many wear them outside!).
