Yes. See his Twitter feed linked in a post from just a few minutes ago. Looks like he's about as guilty as Sharyl Atkinson's husband was. Maybe this is going to break open the planting evidence scam the FBI has been engaged in for years.

I know my head kinda hurts. But given that the threat was from a former FBI official, I wonder it relates to something generated when the bad guys were in charge? Will be interesting to see.
