I live in a dictator state and I’ve found a few stores that I can comfortably go into without a mask. Please add the businesses you know of too!

Homegoods/TJ maxx/Marshall’s - simply say you have a medical condition
Home Depot - safe, employees don’t say anything
Target - safe, employees don’t say anything

If anyone questions you, tell them you follow NIH guidance, not CDC guidance. NIH (National Institute of Health, also government agency if they care to defer to government guidance only) has come out against masks.

so you ARE following guidance. Science, maaaaaaaan!

I keep a print out of the NIH paper with me and offer it to them to read. While I wait. Without my mask on.
