The Durham boat is apparently the most leak proof vessel in DC. If you read closely these subpoenas were issued in recent months, but no specifics. Could be three or four months, who knows? The secrecy is actually refreshing versus the leak, leak, leak approach. Investigations that leak usually have a goal of damaging its target because they have no real evidence. Hopefully the opposite is true, an investigation with virtually no leaks has real evidence that leads to real convictions. Preferably through a tribunal.
Huber has pretty much the same mandate as Durham, is outside of DC (Utah), a much larger team, and is completely invisible from not just the media, but from Patriot forums as well.
Hubers investigation was stopped, and absorbed into the Durham investigation. The investigations merged together roughly a ago iirc. Bill Barr ordered it before Durham was appointed as SC.
It wasn't stopped :) the news of it stopping was simply leaked to Washington Post, and everyone else reported based on that story.
Check out this paragraph from the original WaPo article -
"Current and former officials said that Huber has largely finished and found nothing worth pursuing — though the assignment has not formally ended and no official notice has been sent to the Justice Department or to lawmakers, these people said."
Imagine that, anonymous sources! And it was never formally ended!

Durham is not the only game in town. (Q #4486)
Zero Leaks regarding Huber. (Q #2937, #2676)

Perhaps not technically ended, but it is now under the Durham investigation.
