Burden of proof with the accuser? These evil doers are not afraid of destroying their opponents...its a very deeply rooted degenerating path of evil, known as the 10 Unwholesome Courses of Action on almost every level of society now, I also feel the ugency to get rid of the evil doers, but more will pop up, maybe worse ones...
