If widespread election fraud can be proven (which it can if cases are ever allowed into a courtroom) the entire election is ruled invalid (I am uncertain what governmental body makes that declaration, but I believe it's the supreme court) and a new election is held, and managed entirely by the US military. There is a provision for this in the constitution. Sorry, no time to look it up, but check it out for yourself for the details.
