In my view, pulling out a gun, giving one warning, and firing if necessary would have been completely appropriate. Who knows what this man was capable of with the bike. But in today's world the short haired diversity hire prosecutor would charge you with murder 1.

Fair point. I was honestly thinking the same thing. Even if you had justifiable reason you would probably get boned in todays USA.
