I read this stuff and understand the bits being talked about qua bits, but is there a summary that explains the whole? For example, DJT and Melania get C19 and that's supposed to be a signal to accepting the Biden plan. Biden then flips in December. Huh? not understanding--not autistic enough, I guess.
This anon is good at finding things, but arrangement for the public is not his strongest suit.
You can check out some of his other decodes here. Getting an idea of how comms work would be the best way to understand his posts. You'll especially understand a lot more once you read about the historical comms.
My prediction is that in the end everyone will flip and be granted immunity...just a movie...enjoy the show

He talks about the potential for bad reads in this article. When we decode comms, we're essentially listening in on other people's conversations. Its difficult to understand the entire conversation without context, and so there are times where you can go down a wrong interpretation if you missed the context for a particular string of comms.
Full context shows that these messages make sense every single time, so he welcomes people challenging his interpretations.
