Better diagnosis,putting money on mental health policies. Showing people what the real signs are so they can seek treatment if they ever feel the symptoms. In some cases this is a real disease created by factors like sexual abuse in childhood that tends to be replicated later in life (or not so later if you saw the Gateway Pundit article on the children on the border). If you got these feelings, but don't posess child porn, never did anything to any child, you should be able to obtain isolation, therapy and medicine, while being safely isolated from any means that could be used to expose the innocent to danger (hence the internet monitoring, restraining orders, and mandated internment in mental hospitals if needed be).

I'd personally focus policy on locating and treating the problem before it happens. Sure, sending a pedo to hell feels good af, but I believe it'd be better if there was something we could do before the child was abused and scarred for life, possibly becoming a pedo in the future due to trauma. Not like Minority Report, not like metoo, so fake accusations could be used to destroy lives for the lulz. Locate, dump pills, therapy, lay a hand on the innocent, get the bullet. That's how I see it.
