Not necessarily.

Hearts like that are a symbol in pedofile language that she likes "little girls". It was on a report that the FBI sent out with pictures of symbols for pedofiles to identify themselves to one another and show their preferences.

Seems a bit weird with all that is going on on the subject lately. A high profile witness in a high profile case wearing a pin like that just seems a bit fishy.
