The property is located very close to Branson, Missouri and Table Rock Lake. Recently I've been looking for property in the area. As soon as property hits the market, 9 out of 10 listings already have a pending sale. Property values are certainly going up. The region is known for family values. Trump country for sure. I agree there is nothing mysterious with the property. It needs to be torn down and redeveloped.
