there is no "sex with" a child. this is assault. heinous, deadly assault.
a 2 year old is not a "minor" but a toddler - not even potty trained.
"sentencing" is the wrong approach and jail is the wrong solution. the subject has revealed himself to be a degenerate, not capable of living in free and open society. these people cannot be released. ever.
