What does this (T Cell immunity) mean? Will my antibodies last longer than 90 days? I’d expect so

Killer T-Cells - They develop when exposed to a virus or other pathogen. Then, when they encounter it again, they attack and kill it. So you have antibodies and these T-cells with natural immunity. How long will your immunity last? You see short times for Covid immunity mostly b/c it hasn’t been around that long.
