I'm reading about all the logistical problems they have for implementing this - I just read a WSJ article saying that the only federal system for keeping track of vaccinations is the easily faked cardboard card. I'm just thinking this may have been part of the plan.

I just think of the epic failure that was the Obamacare platform. The money that was funneled to incompetent family members. Fingers crossed the dems do what the dems do and hire their stupid friends to build a subpar system.
