I am skeptical of all dates.

Remember there are 13 days difference between the Julian and Gregorian calendars.

In 2019, suspiciously the SI redefined what the "second" is: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2019_redefinition_of_the_SI_base_units

So we are not even in the Gregorian Calendar anymore.

The second, metre, and candela were already defined by physical constants and were not subject to correction to their definitions.
