I did some digging into HRK holdings, the company who owns and manages this plant, discovered the founder and board chairman, William "Mickey" F. Harley III, who is a former hedge fund manager for Melon, hooters franchisee, marijuana investor and Hollywood lingerie investor, long time friend of investment bankers and Coca-Cola board members.... This guy checks all of the boxes for a bad dude, watch the water!
