I wonder what their angle is? White Hats must be in control of someone high up in AP. Usually this stuff would be buried.

Angle is maybe that a lot more people are in favor of voter ID. This makes it appear like a sizable portion of Democrats disagree with it, but they didn't want to push it TOO far so it's like 80% of democrats because that would seem unrealistic.
