Most "infrastructure" is the responsibility of state and local governments or corporations. 95% of what the federal government is trying to do is unconstitutional.

When things turn around I want to see the constitution have immediate teeth. Let's say some state even so much as HINTS at restricting access to firearms for law-abiding citizens. I would want to see that smacked down immediately.
