Finding parents takes time. Some of these children may not know where they came from or even what their names are, depending upon when they were taken and how old they were at the time. Some may need urgent medical care first. You also need to make sure you are placing them back into a safe environment. All of this takes time, fren. We all want the happy ending for these children, but we need to be realistic on how fast this can reasonably be accomplished. There are thousands of children and only so many to process them all.

Also, where they are now is probably light-years better than where they were.
