From Lindell's 'Scientific Proof' video, I learned that the Dems need people to register. They prefer they don't actually vote because then they can use the voting systems to vote on their behalf, but they do need them to be registered. Thus, motor voter and other such 'auto register' programs as well as fighting against clean voter registries.
