What are the capablilites and military implications for the new 5th Generation satellites created by billions in space force which we own about 75% of as a country. Trump was able to build that agency up and could very possibly be in contact with them through their new telecommunications pathway they can shut down. CogCon I believe was in effect at some point and part of their initial procedure is establishing secure telecommunications(Trump was anticipating being shut down by big tech). Can internet and cellular be cut off? Do they have the ability to knock out electrical grids in some countries?

Majestic 12 was a super secret, above and separate from governmental control secret space program after the 1947 Roswell and related crashes to deal with the alien question.
They're the ones that reverse engineered tech such as Looking Glass, which both Q and Majestic 12 referred to.
