For those who didn't watch or don't remember a space Nazi comes to the station with an immortality drug, the catch is you have to kill someone to make it. It ends with the Vorlons destroying her while telling the crew "You are not ready for immortality."

To be honest most of B5 seems to be a SiFi take on today's headlines, here hoping real life has as good an upswing after the bad guys got shoved into the light.
