However, even if actors did achieve such an impact, the public should be
aware that election officials have multiple safeguards and plans in place—
such as provisional ballots to ensure registered voters can cast ballots, paper
backups, and backup pollbooks—to limit the impact and recover from a
cyber incident with minimal disruption to voting.

Now, at the time I initially read this, my focus was on possible disruptions to the LIVE vote (in order to prevent conservatives from voting, and the paper ballots dominating). HOWEVER, it now occurs to me that if they have backup pollbooks, couldn't the reported voter rolls be cross-checked against the backups? Wouldn't this at least reveal the fake voters created during the counting when the monitors were kicked out (or kept at such a distance that they couldn't observe)?
Granted, if the DS cooked the back-up books also, this wouldn't work ... but they've made so many mistakes at the granular level, what are the odds that some backups were burned to a CD and forgotten about in some of the smaller counties? Any bets on if they got to absolutely ALL of the backups?
Bush nazi appointee to Homeland Security, and CISA head Christopher Krebs was the lead man in charge of election cyber security. But, as anyone with half a brain could expect, the republican establishment [Bush nazi] traitor did what traitors always do, and publicly professed that the 2020 election was "the most secure election in American history." Foxes guarding the hen house. So, go figure.
