Same fucking bill introduced in 2014 after the MERS scare that's never made it out of committee.

Every year the NYS Senate and Assembly publishes a list of all the pending bills- literally every bill that hasn't been made into law or formally voted against. There's weird stuff in the full list that was last in committee in the '80s.
