The Church isn't a building. Refusing to gather together because a specific building isn't available is definitely something people will be held accountable for. Believers ARE the Church and they are to gather for fellowship, worship, prayer, encouraging eachother to good works, etc.

Not really sure why you don't understand that? It's pretty simple and entirely scriptural. The Church isn't a PLACE. It never was.
