The question I have is, since the comms blackout has to be initiated by someone at the network infrastructure level or by EMP from the sun or high altitude nuke, will the DS be launching attacks on a major backbone provider like Level 3, AT&T, and others to take down major routers or will this be an attack at the root level DNS infrastructure. It seems that if they bring down a key DNS root server, they'd effectively bring down the DNS service but, anything that uses straight up IP addressing would still function. However, if they attack the routing infrastructure, they could bring down all TCP/IP communication at the national routing backbone level. The question is, will the DS launch an attack at either one of these key parts or both of these parts of the national internet infrastructure in the continental United States?

Well either would be concerning but how would we know?
I only ask as Q has said this in post 4414 https://qagg.news/?read=4414.
