I know exactly how, but i cant tell you. I worked in the telecommunication network infrastructure field. Think L2 instead of L3 network wise. That is how they would do it.

what its all comes down to is how much control the patriots have.

I kind of know how routers function and know enough to understand how data-link frames work. I learned this in college.
