Your right and with so much redundancy in our national telecommunication networks, I doubt the DS could successfully take the entire internet here in the continental US down. Dave never explains how the DS could possibly carry out such an attack.
I know exactly how, but i cant tell you. I worked in the telecommunication network infrastructure field. Think L2 instead of L3 network wise. That is how they would do it.
