It will be another thing most people accept. They accepted a stolen election, shut down businesses, disrupted life, the lies of the media. They'll just shrug like fucking dunces on this too.
I'm really doubting this whole "we gotta wake the normies up" narrative, coz well... it's just not likely, everyone is so weird, submissive and zombified.
You're right about 1776, but what concerns me is this : They will bankrupt society so much that people are starved out and will join the "military" and "police" (of their creation) merely to get by. They will follow orders because following orders is their "only" option.
I worry that 1776 was 1776 and there a) weren't as many people b) other armies couldn't come on short notice and c) they didn't have the means to control and destroy as they do now. I.E Nukes, EMPs etc.
What worries me is that people are swallowing this COVID shit hook line and sinker, media is pushing the narrative of "all we have is hope that we can go back to normal" when in reality we could be perfectly normal with no threat. They just don't desire for us to go back to normal. What's stopping them?
The military isn't going to do anything. Trump didn't. Like I get all the "let's be civil and do it legally" but... the opposite side isn't doing it legally anymore.
It's a huge worry because I see people just roll over more and more and then those who would fight are becoming more inclined to say "B-b-b-but Q said we had to do it peacefully" or the even worse "Patriots are in control".
I mean you have people on our side genuinely believing everything is just a movie to sit back and watch. Pacification comes in many forms.
I'm not advocating whatsoever for people to go out and DO anything, I'm more highlighting the attitudes. This passive attitude has creeped in so much that I don't know if 1776 would be possible, regardless of numbers.
It seems to me that we need to organize a day, hype it up for like two weeks - it needs a little guerilla marketing.
Through smn and local stickers etc we need to have a day where everyone acts like normal.
A whole day of organized civil disobedience across the country.
But like it's gotta be hyped up. Its gotta be trendy.
Like storm area 51 levels of hype.
Even though only 150 people showed up. It needs that level of hype though.
Then it can be branded of showing solidarity with other Americans, it can be branded as showing your smile, it can be branded as a day of remembering, etc.
But it needs a specific date target, with specific actions, and it needs to spread for a specific amount of time.
Imo, that's wishful thinking.

I know the type you mean.
