Almost certainly. In almost every interview he mentions how much a travesty it was for them not to complete the 'last little bit' and how it would have been completed years ago without all their blocks... The 'last apperance' in Alamo... Genius already, but if he gets THEM to complete it, one of THE biggest attack policies during his term, then he's off the scale!
