Can concur. They are swarming right now where I am. They somehow seem to love places with cheap land, low property tax, beautiful environment, and some semblance of freedom.

But then they want to get rid of it all because of some reason they make up for each category.

My favorite: "I would be fine with higher property taxes because we need it for the schools and that makes the tax worth it if it's spent on education"

Me: you just left New Jersey/Minn/Insert Here 5 years ago cause you were making the same money and paying 1k/mo almost in prop taxes and wanted something cheaper.

I think they all just hate themselves and must destroy anything good in life so they can make everyone else suffer.
