This is exactly what the DS wants and why the DS implanted these fears - to establish an ability to easily create seemingly random fear-based irrational panic and chaos events. Notice how easily this women was provoked which immediately escalated into violence and chaos (a very useful tool for the DS whenever it needs to create a distraction). This women is clearly suffering from PTSD and will need professional help to undue the limbic system programming now obviously in-place; she cannot "wake up" on her own or through any reasonable discussions.
