I think within a week of them saying that, he started issue at least 1 per day, since 2nd April. Most days have had more than 1.

GN shares them when they come out on telegram. They also get shared throughout Twitter. He made a comment in a recent interview "I'm.banned from Twitter, but my press release get shared millions of times so it's like I'm not banned at all"
The most popular president was obviously going to start making press releases at some stage. I couldve guessed that.
