How are Patriots in control if children are still being trafficked daily at the border?

How can children being trafficked be part of any positive plan? I look for Hopium everywhere but can’t accept this. Everyone should be upset by this.
How do you know they aren't?
Because we wouldn't be at the hands of all this bullshit. They could still have the winning hand but we aren't 100% in control because they have people infiltrated in some of our highest levels of government.
I guess my main point is to simply raise the question "how do you know what you think you know, where did you learn that from and could they be lying? Can you personally verify what they are saying to be the truth?"
