How are Patriots in control if children are still being trafficked daily at the border? ?️ DISCUSSION ?

How can children being trafficked be part of any positive plan? I look for Hopium everywhere but can’t accept this. Everyone should be upset by this.

Given the state of the media and internet, there's no way to know that any of this is even true. Maybe the scale is being exaggerated for some reason.
