I live in an area that has multiple trains come through from every direction every day. One track I can see goes by my house. There were many shipping container trains but in the last 3 weeks I have seen only 2 shipping container trains in the area. Most trains lately are run of the mill BNSF, coal and tanker trains. I usually see multiple Evergreen containers but the 2 trains I saw had none. They did have China Shipping (not unusual), Cosco, 1 Maersk, and some Yang Ming. I don’t know if the lack of container trains is because of the hangup in the Suez Canal but I thought it was interesting. I wondered if anyone else had any train traffic observations.
