Notice how the headline reads "over two years" as if to make it seem as though that's a lot for the crime. Should read "over two HUNDRED years"...

It's the UK, nobody gets anything like that amount of time unless for murder-level crimes. It's too expensive to house them!! generally if it's your first offence you don't get any jail time, maybe fine and community service.
