Great. After tens of thousands of businesses went bankrupt over the Covid enforced lock-downs... now we tell them it's OK to re-open?

What guarantee is there that another lock-down won't happen 6-months from now?

I suspect the DS is planning to trot out another “pandemic” in the late summer / early fall so they can institute another lock-down.
